The Torch Donut coffee dripper is designed for to brew a sweet full body coffee. This brewer really shine with a more developed roasted coffee. The tall conical shape allows for coffee ground to be in contact with brewing water for a longer period of time to produce sweeter coffee.
Use commercial fan shape paper filter such as Melita #103 or Kalita #103 and fold according to manual.
