Coffee grounds : 30g
Water : 500mL
Blooming : 70g / 30 seconds
Brewing time : 4:20 - 4:45 minutes
Grind size : Slightly finer than V60
(Fine to Midium-fine is recommended)

※Pour in the water in 100g doses, with a 5-10 second pause
