Shipping, Delivery & Return Policy

We do our best to fulfill and ship out orders same day. In some cases it may take us up to 3 business days to ship out coffee if we need to roast new batches for your order.

Shipping in Canada

We use Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and Fedex for shipping. If you are in an apartment/condo, we will use Canada Post if possible.

*Please contact us if you prefer your order to be shipped with a specific courier and we will do our best to accommodate.


Shipping to USA

We ship our orders to the USA using mainly UPS and  Canada Post. Canada Post passes the parcel to USPS and you can track with both Canada Post and USPS. In some cases, we also ship with DHL and Fedex. You can leave a note if you have a preferred courier and we will do our best to use your preferred courier.

*Please note that you are responsible for any custom and duty fees if deemed necessary by the US Custom service.

1ZPRESSO Grinders : We will ship most 1ZPRESSO grinder to USA Expedited and you should get it within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Internationally
We are currently shipping to other countries on an order-by-order basis as we cannot ship to some countries due to Covid-19.

Delivery within Edmonton City Limits & St Albert

We offer delivery within Edmonton's city limits and St Albert Monday through Friday. 

UPDATE: Minimum order for delivery is $15. Delivery Fee is $4.00. Free Delivery for orders over $35.

If we do not have stock of the coffee you ordered, we will push your delivery back by a day. We will contact you if there are any problems with fulfilling your order.

If your address is a house, we will leave your order by your door, ring your door bell, and mark your order as delivered. Please let us know of any special instructions in the notes during check out.

If you live in an apartment building, condo, or other place with a special entrance, please leave us delivery instructions in the note section.

If your address is not in Edmonton or St Albert, and your order qualifies for free shipping and you choose our delivery service, we will ship your order by mail.

Return Policy

We accept returns of coffee merchandise if it is returned in the same condition and in the original unopened packaging.

We cannot accept the return of our freshly roasted coffee as it is a perishable item.

We do our absolute best to provide you with exemplary customer service and will address your concerns in as reasonable and timely a manner as possible. Please do message or call us for any concerns!
