Shipping in Canada
We use Canada Post, UPS, ICS Courier, Purolator, and Fedex for shipping.
Free shipping Canada wide on orders over $40. Typical transit times, not guaranteed, are the following:
Alberta: 2-4 Business days
BC and SK: 3-6 Business days
MB and ON: 4-8 Business days
QC and the Maritime: 5-10 Business days
Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut: 4-12 business days
Rural areas may experience longer shipping times. Express shipping is available at extra cost. Please note we cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays with the courier companies. We will try our best to assist you if needed with any issues that may arise.
Shipping to USA
We ship our orders to the USA using mainly UPS and Canada Post. Canada Post passes the parcel to USPS and you can track with both Canada Post and USPS. In some cases, we also ship with DHL and Fedex. You can leave a note if you have a preferred courier and we will do our best to use your preferred courier.
Typical transit time to USA is 4-9 business days. Express shipping via UPS and DHL is available at extra cost.

1ZPRESSO Grinders : We will ship most 1ZPRESSO grinder to USA Expedited and you should get it within 2-3 business days.

We provide shipping via Canada Post who will pass it on to your national courier. We also provide shipping option via Fedex and DHL at extra cost. Orders over $100 CAD ship free but the shipping method will be up to us. All shipping will have TRACKING numbers unless the "NO-TRACKING" option is selected.
Customers are responsible for any custom's tax. Roasted Coffee currently has 0% tax to UK and Ireland. Please check your local tariff rate.

Singapore, China, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Macao, and Taiwan.

Shipping to the Philippines and Australia: - Free shipping on orders over $250

We are currently shipping to other countries on an order-by-order basis as we cannot ship to some countries due to Covid-19.

Delivery within Edmonton City Limits & St Albert
We offer delivery within Edmonton's city limits and St Albert Monday through Friday. *Note: due to winter weather, we may choose to ship your order due to road conditions*
UPDATE: Minimum order for delivery is $15. Delivery Fee is $4.00. Free Delivery for orders over $35.
If we do not have stock of the coffee you ordered, we will push your delivery back by a day. We will contact you if there are any problems with fulfilling your order.
If your address is a house, we will leave your order by your door, ring your door bell, and mark your order as delivered. Please let us know of any special instructions in the notes during check out.
If you live in an apartment building, condo, or other place with a special entrance, please leave us delivery instructions in the note section.
If your address is not in Edmonton or St Albert, and your order qualifies for free shipping and you choose our delivery service, we will ship your order by mail.
We try our best to ensure your order arrives safely to you. If you experience issues or receive a damaged item in your order, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the order by sending an email to email@example.com, so we can rectify this for you asap. Any shipping issues due to improper information provided by the customer cannot be absorbed by our small business. Any re-shipping fees required will be the responsibility of the buyer and are required to be settled before we ship the package again. If we do not receive a response within 1 week from when we send notification about your package, we will cancel your order and issue a refund. Initial shipping fees will be subtracted from refunded value.
