Shipping, Delivery, and Return Policies

Shipping withing Canada

We ship parcels out on a daily basis and do our best to fulfill orders and ship out same day, if possible. In some cases it may take us up to 3 business days to ship out coffee if we need to roast new batches for your order. Unless otherwise noted we use Canada Post for all of our shipping within Canada. Please contact us if you prefer your order to be shipped with other courier.

Delivery within Edmonton City Limit and St Albert

Due to COVID-19, we are currently offering delivery within Edmonton's city limits and St Albert. We will try our best to deliver your order on the same business day if you order by 11AM. If we do not have stock of the coffee you ordered, we will push your delivery back by a day. We will contact you if there are any problems with fulfilling your order.

If your address is a house, we will leave your order by your door, ring your door bell, and mark your order as delivered. Please let us know of any special instructions in the notes during check out.

If you live in an apartment building, condo, or other place with a special entrance, please leave us delivery instructions in the note section.

If your address is not in Edmonton or St Albert, and your order qualifies for free shipping and you choose our delivery service, we will ship your order by mail.

Shipping to USA

We ship our orders to the USA using Canada Post, which passes the parcel to USPS. Your tracking number can be used with both Canada Post and USPS. We currently do not ship with other couriers for retail service as fees are generally much higher. Please note that you are responsible for any custom and duty fees if deemed necessary by the US Custom service.

Shipping to Other Country

We are currently shipping to other countries on an order-by-order basis as we cannot ship to some countries due to Covid-19. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Return Policy

We accept returns of coffee merchandise if it is returned in the same condition and in the original unopened packaging.

We cannot accept the return of our freshly roasted coffee as it is a perishable item.

We do our absolute best to provide you with exemplary customer service and will address your concerns in as reasonable and timely a manner as possible. Please do message or call us for any concerns.
