General Shipping

We ship parcels on a daily basis and do our best to fulfill orders and ship out as soon as we can. In some cases it may take us up to 3 business days to ship out coffee if we need to roast new batches for your order. Order with pre-order item(s) will be shipped together on the indicated pre-order date.

 

Shipping withing Canada

We use Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and Fedex for our shipping. We mainly use Canada Post and UPS in most cases. Please contact us if you prefer your order to be shipped with a different courier.

Delivery within Edmonton City Limits and St Albert

UPDATE: Minimum order for delivery is $15. Delivery Fee is $4.00. Free Delivery for orders over $35. We generally only do deliveries Monday-Friday (not including holidays, and with some exceptions)

We currently deliver within Edmonton's city limits and St Albert Monday through Friday (deliveries to Sherwood Park will be shipped). We will do our best to deliver your order within 2 business days. If we do not have stock of the coffee you ordered, we will push your delivery back by a day. We will contact you if there are any problems with fulfilling your order.

If your address is a house, we will leave your order by your door, ring your door bell, and mark your order as delivered. Please let us know of any special instructions in the notes during check out.

If you live in an apartment building, condo, or other place with a special entrance, please leave us delivery instructions in the note section.

If your address is not in Edmonton or St Albert, and your order qualifies for free shipping and you choose our delivery service, we will ship your order by mail. We may also choose to mail your order depending on circumstance.

 

Shipping to USA

We primarily ship our orders to the USA using UPS. Customers should generally expect to receive their orders in 5-8 business days. UPS tracking is generally excellent and significant customs delays are rare. We may use Canada Post for shipping to some areas of the USA. Canada Post passes the parcel to USPS and you can track with both Canada Post and USPS. In some cases, we also ship with DHL and Fedex. You can leave a note if you have a preferred courier and we will do our best to use your preferred courier.

*Please note that you are responsible for any custom and duty fees if deemed necessary by the US Custom service. Generally, this is rare if the order is less than US$800

1ZPRESSO shipping - we ship most 1ZPRESSO grinders to USA via Expedited and you should receive your grinder within 2-3 business days.

PO BOX Address, Alaska, Hawaii, and territories: We will ship with Canada Post and USPS.

 

Shipping to Other Countries

We are currently shipping to other countries on an order-by-order basis as we cannot ship to some countries due to Covid-19. Please contact us if you have any questions.

 

Shipping Discrepancies

We try our best to ensure your order arrives safely to you. If you experience issues or receive a damaged item in your order, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the order by sending an email to hello@roguewavecoffee.ca, so we can rectify this for you asap. Any shipping issues due to improper information provided by the customer cannot be absorbed by our small business. Any re-shipping fees required will be the responsibility of the buyer and are required to be settled before we ship the package again. If we do not receive a response within 1 week from when we send notification about your package, we will cancel your order and issue a refund. Initial shipping fees will be subtracted from refunded value.
