Suitable for brew coffee and espresso. We considered this coffee to be an easier to drink Colombian coffee with soft flavours and finish.

This coffee historically was never separated as its own specific lot. Due to the hardworking efforts of the buyers at CO-OP Especial and the clients of international buyers, Maria's coffee was cupped and kept separate due to its quality. By doing this, Maria received a large bonus as part of the specialty lot program in Nariño. The area where she lives, Buesaco, has one of the best terroirs for producing high scoring specialty coffee in Colombia.
