This beautiful Geisha was grown on the slopes of Baru Volcano. The cherry is manually selected and cleaned, to make sure its completely mature. Then they are fermented in tanks for 120 hours and then sun dried in our African beds for approximately 25 days. Afterwards, the beans are placed in our controlled temperature warehouse for resting in grainpro bags.
This coffee is best enjoyed between 7-45 days after roast date.
