This is the first time that Nyagishiru's coffee has been sold internationally. Nyagishiru is situated in a beautiful valley that's surrounded by the Nyagishiru hills which it's named after. Interestingly, it's also located in Muyinga District, outside of Kayanza, the province you find the majority of Burundi's coffee is produced.  The coffee is sweet and clean, and could be one of the top areas for coffee production in Burundi in the coming years.  This coffee has the same producer as our other current Burundi offering, the Businde.
